Marketing Manager
About the Role
The Marketing Manager will lead our overall marketing strategy driving brand awareness, community growth, and user engagement through content, social, SEO, and creative campaigns. This role combines strategic leadership, digital marketing, and content excellence making us a household name for secure and instant digital transactions.
In this role, you will:
- Define our brand voice, visual identity, and messaging.
- Craft compelling stories that build emotional connection and trust.
- Maintain consistency across all channels (social, ads, PR, app, website).
- Develop campaigns that communicate our mission and innovation.
- Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns (online + offline).
- Plan and execute monthly and seasonal marketing pushes (e.g. “Trade @Best Rates”, “1-Year Anniversary Giveaway”).
- Oversee influencer and partnership marketing to expand brand reach.
- Manage creative production — videos, graphics, and brand assets.
- Oversee paid campaigns across social (Snapchat, Meta, TikTok, X, etc.)
- Work closely with the Head of Growth to align acquisition goals with brand consistency.
- Manage ad budgets and optimize for ROI, CTR, and CPA.
- Ensure proper campaign tracking via tools (AppsFlyer, Meta Pixel, etc.).
- Build and manage our content strategy, including the blog, newsletters, and educational articles.
- Develop SEO-driven content to boost organic visibility and attract high-intent traffic.
- Collaborate with designers and writers to produce engaging visuals, videos, and infographics.
- Plan monthly editorial calendars aligned with product launches, crypto trends, and user needs.
- Build our social presence and community engagement strategy.
- Oversee content creation educational, promotional, and lifestyle.
- Manage community managers and ensure consistent daily engagement.
- Launch creative storytelling around product updates, rates, and user wins.
- Handle PR outreach, media relations, and press releases.
- Partner with relevant fintech and crypto communities for co-marketing.
- Represent us at events and industry panels
- Manage and mentor designers, content creators, and social leads.
- Collaborate with Growth Specialist on data-driven campaigns and funnel optimization.
To succeed, you need:
- 3+ years experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or Digital Strategy(Fintech/Crypto preferred).
- Strong understanding of social media trends, influencer ecosystems, and content storytelling.
- Experience managing paid ads and brand campaigns with proven results.
- Skilled in creative direction, copywriting, and brand communication.
- Data-minded comfortable interpreting marketing performance metrics.
- Leadership and project management skills to run campaigns end-to-end
Please note the salary range is between 350-400k naira per month
