Growth Manager
About the Role
The Growth manager will be responsible for driving sustainable user and revenue growth across all our products. You’ll lead acquisition, retention, nurturing, lifecycle marketing, and monetization working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Data teams to scale our user base and maximize lifetime value (LTV).
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute multi-channel acquisition strategies (paid ads, influencers, SEO, partnerships, referrals).
- Optimize onboarding funnels to maximize signups → first trades.
- Run onboarding emails, push notifications, and referral nudges.
- Manage performance marketing campaigns (Snapchat, Meta, Google, etc.) and trackROI.
- Collaborate with tech team and design to improve first-time user experience (FTUE).
- Design and manage retention campaigns (email, push, in-app) to increase repeat usage.
- Implement user segmentation, triggers, and personalized engagement flows.
- Build loyalty programs and trader levels (e.g., “Pro Trader,” “Legendary Trader”).
- Analyze churn and reactivation patterns to keep users engaged.
- Identify opportunities to increase trade frequency and volume.
- Optimize pricing, spreads, cashback, and referral incentives.
- Track key metrics like ARPU, LTV, and revenue per user.
- Run A/B tests across ads, onboarding, and retention flows.
- Define and monitor core growth metrics: CAC, Activation Rate, Retention Rate, LTV, etc.
- Use data to uncover insights and inform both product and marketing decisions.
- Track full user journey from ad → signup → trade → retention.
- Build a strong referral or affiliate system.
- Reward users for successful invites.
- Promote sharing within social and community loops.
- Work closely with the Marketing Team on brand strategy and awareness campaigns.
- Partner with Engineering teams to integrate growth loops into the product.
- Build and lead a small, high-performing growth team (data, paid ads, lifecycle).
- Report directly to the CEO with growth dashboards and KPIs
To succeed, you need:
- 3+ years experience in Growth, Performance Marketing, or Product Marketing(Fintech/Crypto preferred).
- Deep understanding of acquisition funnels, analytics tools, and retention marketing.
- Proven record of scaling users and revenue in a B2C app environment.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills (Google Analytics, Firebase, AppsFlyer, etc.).
- Creative thinker who blends strategy, storytelling, and experimentation.
- Leadership experience able to manage teams and cross-functional projects.
Please note the salary range is between 400-500k naira per month
