About the role:

We’re seeking an experienced Mobile/Full-Stack Developer with proven expertise in Flutter and PHP Laravel, combined with solid fintech and security experience, to join and lead our development efforts.

In This Role You Will;

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable mobile applications using Flutter.
• Manage backend services and APIs with PHP Laravel, including database management (MySQL/PostgreSQL or equivalent).
• Ensure application security, compliance, and performance throughout development and deployment.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate the development team.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and document existing systems to maintain high availability and reliability.

To succeed, you need:

• Minimum 7 years professional experience in software development.
• Proven track record building and deploying live Flutter mobile applications to app stores.
• Strong experience in fintech applications and a deep understanding of application security best practices.
• Proficiency in backend development with PHP Laravel and database management.
• Familiarity with Cpanel and cloud platforms such as AWS
• Strong skills in API development and integrations.
• Experience leading or mentoring development teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Based in Lagos, Nigeria or willing to relocate.
• Experience with blockchain or crypto applications.
• Understanding of blockchain technology and smart contract integrations

Please note: This is a hybrid role based in Lagos, salary is ₦1,000,000 Net.
