Job Overview:

We're looking for a skilled Email Marketing Specialist with experience in Shopify, Klaviyo, and email marketing automation. You'll create visually appealing and engaging newsletters that drive sales and manage our email database.

In This Role You Will;

• Design and create compelling email campaigns (2-3 per week) that drive sales and engagement
• Manage and maintain our email database, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation
• Develop and implement email marketing strategies to increase open rates, clicks, and conversions
• Collaborate with our team to integrate email marketing with overall marketing goals
• Analyze email performance metrics and optimize campaigns for improvement

To Succeed you need:

• 2+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in e-commerce and fashion
• Proven experience with Shopify and Klaviyo
• Strong graphic design skills and ability to create visually appealing emails
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize campaigns based on data

Nice to have:

• Experience in luxury fashion or similar industry
• Knowledge of email marketing automation and segmentation
