Digital Paid Ads Specialist
In This Role You Will;
- Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok to drive traffic and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, copy, and targeting for maximum ROI.
- Perform audience research and segmentation to reach the right customers.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and generate reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure compelling ad content that aligns with the brand
To Succeed you need:
- Proven experience managing paid social and Google Ads for fashion, e-commerce, or similar industries.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Ability to create engaging ad copy and visuals that resonate with fashion audiences.
- Experience with budget management and scaling campaigns effectively.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
