Job Overview:

We're seeking a creative and strategic Social Media and Influencer Marketing Manager to elevate our online presence on Instagram and TikTok. As a key member of our team, you'll develop and execute engaging creative content, grow our social media footprint, and showcase our brand's story within the fashion industry.

Contract Term: Initial 3 months, renewable subject to performance and business needs

In This Role You Will;

• Develop and execute a content calendar aligning with our brand voice and goals
• Create captivating visual and written content for Instagram and TikTok
• Build and maintain a strong online presence through posting, engagement, and community management
• Collaborate on strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions
• Film, edit, and post high-quality video content
• Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to reach new audiences and build brand partnerships
• Identify, outreach, and collaborate with influencers and content creators in the fashion industry

To Succeed you need:

• Proven track record in growing brands on social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram
• Solid experience in social media management, content creation, and influencer marketing (portfolio required)
• Fashion industry experience and knowledge of current trends and styles
• Creative and strategic mindset with a keen understanding of fashion and branding
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines
• Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Meta)
